I think Donaldson would be just as persistent as Acosta is.

See also: Pence leaving the Niners-Colts game after players kneel. Also: Eagles disinvited from White House at last moment.

Pence knew those players on the Niners were going to kneel. How much did that cost the taxpayers? Only Nick Foles was going to attend the WH and they didn’t want the embarrassment of one player showing up albeit the MVP.

And the administration got to play the victim game, which is exactly what it wanted. It's all theatre to these clowns.

It's not about letting Trump win, it's about re-establishing an identity. CNN and Acosta are being used like the Washington Generals. Keep trotting new reporters out and it becomes more about Trump than Acosta.

PS - still waiting for the "adults in the room" to keep the President from doing something stupid.

Doesn't that point to an issue that people were willing to vote for "insert Republican name here," no matter who that person might turn out to be? Put Democrat in that sentence and it is still the same issue.

Well, yeah OOP, that's how people vote, me included. You think I carefully studied who might make the best Recorder of Deeds for Middlesex County? Hell, no. I went with my party's nominee which I took as a recommendation.
