I have been wondering why more don't approach these people in this manner. It is very easy to point out the multiple lies told every day yet they never really take this approach. This is a very different time in our history and every damned one of Trump's supporters should be forced to stand with the tub of goo and forever be known as a liar or tell the damn truth.

The Daisy ad was the very first viral ad, long before the Internet was created. It only ran once, but then the media talked about it for weeks, making people think they'd seen it 10 times when they'd never seen it at all. The LBJ ad that did run incessantly was a disembodied pair of hands ripping up a Social Security check as the announcer talked about how Goldwater wanted to privatize the program.

The NYT piece isn't about political advertising.

Folds should really take a crack at a Broadway show - it would probably start off-Broadway, be considered too dark and deep for the Great White Way. Maybe adapting something by Cheever, Updike or Irving.

We know based on past comments that Trump has never shopped in a grocery store. Now it's pretty clear he's never voted, either.

Now we know why Jordan will replace McCarthy on the committee.

This one is right up there with Canadians scuffing their new sneakers before crossing the border.

I get Trump, he has lived this his entire life. But why would this latest knucklehead take the risk? Or any number of creeps that are on the Trump Train?

The Freedom Caucus has gone from having defacto veto power in the House to being a minority of the minority party. I consider that a win.

So the same ID I use to buy groceries I can use at my polling place? What about my previous grocery ID card?
