    Greece spends 2.5.
    Poland spends 2.0.

    So when you say, "we have an agreement that they 'pay' ..." you didn't actually mean that they "pay" anyone.

    And what's more - what's the "by this date" portion of the goal to have countries spending 2 percent?

    No, they are to pay 2% GDP for their own defense. Them failing to means IF shit hits the fan, they will be reliant more on us, and the rest of NATO.

    They should be spending that already. They won't be until 2024.
