Even if that comes to pass, Flake can't outrun the past two years of his service in the Senate.

EL PASO — Rep. Beto O’Rourke, who built a national following and a deep fundraising base during his unsuccessful bid for the Senate, would not rule out a run for the presidency, telling constituents at an El Paso town hall that he and his wife were considering next steps.

“Amy and I made a decision not to rule anything out,” he told reporters afterward, admitting that his position is different from the one he took on 2020 during his campaign.

If Beto O'Rourke becomes president and approaches following Trump the way Trump approaches Obama—just try to erase everything he ever did—I would be delighted enough to be mistaken for a buoyant toddler on a sugar rush.

 

When the books are being written down the road looking back on the Trump Administration, I honestly want to know how he got the skin painting done.

Does he do it, Melania, a trusted staffer? Do they have a full-on spray booth? Why cant he get it right around his eyes?

Maybe this is why he doesn't want to visit the troops, he can't keep his appearance up, just like what happened in France.

So many mysteries.

 

O'Rourke has the vibe to carry a run, but does he have the chops to govern at that level if elected?

I have no idea, won't pretend I know enough about the guy.
