Finally read the Herald's Jeffery Epstein investigation. Interesting to see that one of the victims claimed that Alan Dershowitz was one of Epstein's friends who had sex with his girls. Wouldn't it be great if the Mueller investigation has somehow intersected with Epstein, and that's the reason for Dershowitz's weird advocacy for Trump against the special counsel (not to mention a significant factor in Trump's hysterical fear about whatever is coming?). Think about it. If there is any sin that would cause Trump's base to start to waver, boinking underage girls would probably be it. Huge stretch, I know, but let me dream. I think there is more than a non-zero chance that Mueller ends up seeing himself as our self-government's last hope for survival, and publishes a report that pulls the curtains back on our whole rotten system, and makes people realize just how debased and corrupt the whole thing is.

 

That's not Mueller. His whole career has been sticking to his brief and doing that as effectively as possible. Nobody sticks as FBI director for over a decade without knowing and keeping lots of terrible secrets.
