**** This best describes how Russians view elections vs. Americans. Americans are always about hope and change and "things will get better . . . if only the right person is elected!" Russians are consumed by one thing: "Who will not make things worse?"

A mistake Americans often make when wondering, "Why is Putin so popular?" is that they view Putin through their own history. "Putin is worse than our (American) politicians, so why do Russians keep electing him?"

Russians view Putin through THEIR history. Their history includes Gorbachev (broke up their country) and Yeltsin (bankrupted what was left and made it impotent). Their biggest fear in someone other than Putin becoming president is that someone will be another Gorby or Yeltsin (see above, "Who will not make things worse?").

If there is one graphic that explains what I'm trying to say, it would be something like this:

There is something about those street protests that is NEVER reported in the West.

Protesting is perfectly legal in Russia. As in America, you have to obtain permission from the local municipality, which tells you on what streets you can hold your demonstration (because they have to deploy security, handle road closures, etc.).

Alexander Navalny, the "opposition leader" who is always arrested at these things, is NOT arrested "for protesting." He's arrested because he always stages his protests on streets where he was not given permission. He does it on purpose, because he wants to be arrested, knowing the reaction it causes. He also knows he's perfectly safe to keep doing this because Russia absolutely refuses to make a martyr out of him.

Trump looks jealous - of which one, or more? I don't know. Pretty sure he'd like to be the meat in that sandwich though.

Well, yeah, I wish Fucko was doing a freak-out there, but if you watch the video clip, it's not even a passing glance as he enters the room and looks around for Man-Baby Love. The Putin-MbS bro-love is really the focus here, and rightfully so.

    The Q is everywhere!

Even places it shouldn't be. Like really, really shouldn't be.

I suppose we should be happy at least Pence's people deleted the tweet, but wtf Florida?

    I know a Q believer.

Hilary had Kate Spade taken care of, you know. Clinton Murder Machine, plus dinner the night before. It's all there if you look! Or so he says.

Known the Q dude casually for a while and personally like him. It's really strange, I didn't see the detour into Qville coming at all.

Hey @poindexter, if you see this, ask the Q people you know about it, see what they say. It's a thing in Q land, I guess.

These guys are on a roll, or something

The Proud Boys, as you have likely heard, are doing great.

The “Western chauvinist” organization—a shambolic group of drunken extremist bullies in discount Fred Perry shirts and MAGA hats—are continuing to generate a series of headlines this week for explosively shitting the bed they’ve all made together. In the latest development, the group has released a statement clarifying that their chairman of just two days, Jason Lee Van Dyke, isn’t their leader any longer, a member of the organization, or their legal counsel, which they desperately need.
