God, was there a hotter chick in wrestling back in the day than Missy Hyatt? Maybe Elizabeth. But Missy's jugs...sheesh..

The years have not been kind.

 

Since most of these fan conventions are held on the East Coast, I've not been to one before, but it would actually be cool to attend one if only to have a chance to talk to a few of these people who I knew as a kid through reading Pro Wrestling Illustrated, etc. Of course, many of the big names died too young, but it would still be great to meet some of those who are still alive and kicking.

I used to love to read PWI, especially Dan Shocket's Off TheTop Rope column where he always skewered Tommy "Wormslime" Rich.

 

I've got a stack of review DVDs from WWE that we're done with now ... the only one I'm not letting go of is the one about the history of the WWE title. Haven't watched it yet, but I'm sure it's got the Hogan-Ultimate Warrior match from my childhood on it. And I'd like to see it again.

There are probably 9-10 different PPV DVDs from the past year, plus the "Greatest Managers" and Dusty Rhodes DVD. I think we got the new Piper DVD in the other day, too.

Yeah, I did a search on Missy and came up with some similar pics. Sad.

She also said in an interview she's been working at a club stripping for the last couple years. I hope they keep the lights real low at that place...she looks like The Joker now.

 

If you can get one where Jim Cornette and Bobby Heenan are telling funny backstage stories, it's worth it. Otherwise, it's a little shaky because most wrestlers are born con men and they spin even more self-promoting bullshit while claiming to be "shooting" with the stories.

 

At one point a few years ago, Missy sadly did some porn with a few other former wrestling babes. I think Sunny was mixed up in it too.

 

Wrestling women do not age gracefully, at least the ones I've seen. No wonder Trish Stratus got out when she did.

 

The drugs do catch up with them. By the way, Missy Hyatt has a book out (Missy Hyatt: the First Lady of Pro Wrestling) and in it she rips on a lot of wrestlers and does a kiss and tell deal with a few of them.
