At least Benjamin's "mama" is gone.

Finlay should drop Hornswoggle too (actually never should have had that albatross) and Boogeyman should be sent packing or at least not used as a wrestler.

How about have WWE bring the Varsity Club angle back to light to have a team of legit college wrestlers form a faction.

Benjamin, Haas head up the group and you have Mike Rotunda serve as a manager.

RokSKi, I don't see your answer in blue text. That means you do like this idea, right?

It was dumb the first time, but I like it. Weren't the Steiners in that? I loved Rick in his wrestling headgear

Meltzer is teasing that his next issue of the Wrestling Observer reports exclusively that a top WWE star is leaving the company as well as a top executive.

Not sure of the executive, but the star wrestler in question isn't Orton (he says he will have a complete report on what happened overseas though).

Any speculation on who might be leaving? RVD? HBK? Taker? Flair? Kane? Benoit?

He looks like an alien in that picture.
"Are you ready for your probe, Mr. Orton?"

Claws: I wonder if Flair is retiring?

Did anyone see that pop that Jarrett got tonight when he came out to help Eric Young? (Especially when he hit Miss Brooks with the guitair).

I never thought Jarrett would get over as a face, especially that over. And he did it in about three weeks.

And if you haven't been watching Impact, the last two weeks the shows have been infinitely better, easily the best they've done since summer (although this week there was a bit too much interference).

It seems like they're not trying too hard to cram everybody on the roster into the show anymore.

And the change is coming as the WWE has lost its Road to Wrestlemania steam.

RVD's contract is coming up soon, and it's long been rumored that he'd leave the first chance he got, but apparently WWE is trying to keep him around, so maybe all's been forgiven? It's probably not TOO too big, or he would have rushed it out onto his site to beat Keller and Scherer and the rest of that bunch. Kane was supposed to take time off for knee surgery, but that hasn't happened yet. Taker won't leave WWE, and I can't imagine Flair would, even if he stopped wrestling yesterday. Benoit, possibly, but I thought he re-signed in the last few months.

As for the top exec: almost has to be Paul Heyman, right? Either that or someone anonymous that wields some power behind the scenes like in bookkeeping or something, where few would know the name.
