That's actually a better question, but hey, if RVD is leaving, what better way to lower his profile than to have Snitsky work him over hard.

I think Matt Hardy is like 3-0 now against Kennedy (...Kennedy!), and, if not mistaken, that includes Kennedy's first televised loss - a pinfall on Smackdown. Hardy going over Kennedy that many times, it might even be a quietly brewing storyline.

I've said this to death, but why can't they finally ditch the brand split. I mean, how much better would the upcoming PPV be if Cena was fighting Mr. Kennedy (.... Kennedy!) in the main event in one single world title match.

The business is so oversaturated with belts it's not funny. I mean, especially now that they've stopped the brand specific PPVs. I know Backlash was one of the best shows they've had in a while because they didn't have any filler matches, really. But doesn't it take away prestige from title matches if every match on a show is one?

The WWE should only have the following titles: WWE World Title, Tag Team Titles, IC Title and Cruiserweight Title. The women's title is fine when the talent is deep (and actual wrestlers are pushed instead of models and it's taken seriously instead of being defended in pillow fights).

Think how great the shows could be with a main event pool that included Cena, Batista, Michaels, Triple H, Kennedy, (...Kennedy), Orton, Edge, RVD, Matt Hardy and Booker. We definitely wouldn't have Khali in the main event of a PPV.

Then think of a midcard with Benjamin, London and Kendrick, Carlito, CM Punk, Lashley, RVD, Jeff Hardy, Helms, Chavo, Regal, Chris Master, Finlay and Regal.

Everyone says the talent isn't deep in the WWE right now. Of course it is, it's just watered down with overexposure.

It just makes sense, Vince. Which is why it won't happen.

Or perhaps figure out some way to unify the two world championships (the way it initially was) and have the champ appear on both shows. A lot of travel, sure, but it could be done.

I also can't believe I'm finally admitting this, but it's time to pull the plug on ECW. The dirt sheets are saying that, when RVD leaves, Sabu and Sandman are on thin ice with management. Once they all go, just put a slug in its formerly-hardcore head. If I hadn't attended a number of original ECW shows, I'd have forgotten what it used to be all about.

Does anybody know if RVD can still use his name if he goes somewhere else, or will he get Dudleyed?

For his sake, I hope he can. The three-thumb-point would sound ridiculous with "Rob---Szat---kowski."

Has anyone talked about Vince's wish to make all WWE programming 90 minutes long? I personally like the idea.

I don't think it's necessary right now. I think it's better to just pull the plug on ECW and see if that helps. And like I said before, if they ditch the brand split, the talent roster will be deep enough that they'll have plenty of people to fill two shows that are two-hours long.

They've always had enough talent to fill two hours with the wrestlers they have. It's more about committing themselves to WRESTLING and not Eugene (who should be repackaged as a masked guy for a few months before revealing that he is, indeed, Nick Dinsmore. If Snitsky can go from baby killer to sideshow freak with Golddust back to what he is right now on ECW then Eugene can certainly go away too.

90 minutes for a TV show would only interest me if there's at least 3 matches of at least 10-15 minutes and a 30-minute main event. I'm allowing for commercials and brief interviews, too.

Is Orton vs. Cena the Raw main event tonight? I guess Khali gets his chance to help bury Orton.

Looks that way. Main event for Judgment Day will be announced. Also, Ric Flair-Carlito feud will begin.

    Yes

WWE Champion John Cena will meet Randy Orton tonight on Raw as The Great Khali's large shadow looms.

From Meltzer's Monday update (one is a Raw spoiler):

-- Mr. Kennedy suffered what we believe was a triceps injury over the weekend. We don't have any details other than it appears to be significant.

-- Flair is apparently in Las Vegas representing WWE at a convention with Hillbilly Jim and Jimmy Hart and won't be on Raw (at least live). Maybe there's a pre-taped segment.
