I'd add Kenny Dykstra and make Flair the manager/occasional wrestler. Another possibility: Orton, Carlito, World's Greatest Tag Team. But there's plenty of young heels with good upside that could make a nice young lions stable.

    Mark Henry's back. Ick.

Edge on SD! will get me to watch the show once in awhile, though. It's already been said, but smart move by the WWE (and I don't say that often). Looks like Edge-Batista at Judgment Day. Edge can carry 'Tista to an above-average match, I beleive.

Batista needs to be quickly shuffled off to a feud with Henry. Not that it's the best matchup, but it makes the most sense from a storyline point of view. If Kennedy isn't going to be out as long as they originally feared (6-8 weeks is what Meltzer says) he should be staying on TV for interviews and to make life interesting for Edge, leading up to a title match at Summerslam. HHH should also be back by then too so it will be interesting to see what the WWE landscape is at that time.

Rob Conway and 2 Cold Scorpio were fired by WWE. Conway hasn't done shit in forever. I don't think 2 Cold ever got back on TV, though they talked about doing up Flash Funk again. Didn't happen.

Flash in the Pan. This is further proof that ECW is done as soon as RVD's contract runs out, give or take a month, don't you all think?

They're on the hook with ECW for a while because it's been doing okay in the ratings. What they should think about doing is coming up with another name for it. I don't think the ECW name gets them much mileage anymore.

Do you mean give it a name like Raw or Smackdown are both WWE? You can obviously throw out Heat, Velocity or even Shotgun Saturday Night, Tuesday Night Titans or Jakked or Metal or any other odd creation. Should they just go away completely from ECW and the whole "extreme" attitude? How about another one word title like Aggression or some other harder-edge word?

I'm thinking this Batista-Edge feud lasts awhile. Atleast two PPV's. I hope to see Benoit-Edge somewhere down the road, though.

Saw this on a site and it credited it coming from the Wrestling Observer ...

"Smackdown head writer Michael Hayes doesn’t consider Chris Benoit a main eventer due to his weakness in cutting promos."

I'll bet Benoit would survive a walk down Badstreet, USA

NWA is done with TNA effective with Monday's TV tapings coming out of tonight's Sacrific PPV. Might be worth a look at the PPV or to read PPV results tonight to see what they do with the NWA heavyweight and tag titles. I've heard they'll rename them the TNA title and the TNA tag titles. The X Division title is TNA's own so no need to go changing that one.

There's already plans for a tournament to determine a new NWA heavyweight champion, according to the report I read the other day.

Wonder who finishes TNA's PPV tonight with the belts:

    Christian Cage, Sting or Angle

    Team 3-D, LAX or Tomko/Steiner
