It was widely reported that when said person was put in rehab the last time, HHH and Vince paid for his rehab stint. Guess he owes them.

Well, they were in England, so it's probably a little harder for someone to just pop in there as a surprise. And at this point, said person wouldn't really help a whole lot. They need to find a young tag team in the image of the New Age Outlaws to help get them over. Problem is, the only tag team with any hope of getting over as faces are Cryme Tyme, and they don't fit well with DX (though I did like their interaction tonight, with HBK playing Barbara Billingsley on Airplane!)

I like the Nitro-Hardy feud and a ladder match will do wonders to make Nitro look big time.

I could do without the DX, but this week's version was palatable. At least they look like they're having fun, even if they're totally Old.

An unobjectionable show, which beats the pants off last week's coat hanger to the uterus of a show.

It really says something that I fast foward past most of DX. I watched their Cryme Tyme bit, and it was humorous, but I think they would be much better served breaking DX up, making Shawn Michaels a heel and HHH a face, and having them go after each other. That would be more interesting to me than anything DX could do at this point.

As for tonight's show: pedestrian, at best. Downright boring in places.

When are they going to recognize that their women's champion's contract expires Dec. 1 and she is bailing out, soon to be followed by the current ECW champion and perhaps even the WWE wrestler who starred in See No Evil?

    In order:

    1. I think they're still trying to get Lita to re-up.
    2. I think that's the point of the Elimination Chamber, to get the title off Big Show without having him pinned, so they can save him for a match against Hogan at Wreslemania that may end up being his swan song.
    3. Isn't he supposed to have major back surgery soon? I think they've pretty much tapped him out anyway.

Am I the only one who cringes at the mere appearance of Cryme Tyme?

    Those guys are HORRIBLE.

Although I have to admit I've laughed at their spots the last two weeks, especially when they stole Shelton Benjamin's personal effects from ringside.

Very good site, and be sure to check out the "tape trading" section. Someone is always blowing out bootleg DVDs for $2 each. Nice chance to stock up on vintage wrestling product at a bargain price.

Today I think I'm going to bust out some of my old World Class Championship Wrestling tapes.

Kerry Von Erich, Kevin Von Erich, "Hot Stuff" Gino Hernandez, "Gentleman" Chris Adams, The Freebirds...awesome!!!

What I wouldn't do for a tape of Rowdy Roddy Piper slapping someone like the bitch he was. The best moment I ever had as a fan was the Sunday morning on All-American Wrestling on USA Network when Hulk Hogan beat Iron Shiek to win the belt. Shiek had Hulk in the Camel Clutch and man, was Hulk in trouble. But Hulk, who said his prayers and ate his vitamins, pushed up out of the Camel Clutch, jerked Iron Shiek off his back, got his Hulk mojo back and proceeded to kick the shit out of Iron Shiek. Most enjoyable morning that was. The second best moment is when a buddy and I went to the L.A. Sports Arena thinking we were going to watch a Clippers game. Only we forgot what day it was and there was a WWF event with Greg "the Hammer" Valentine and King Kong Bundy. We spit on King Kong Bundy on his way to the ring. Good times.

    1. They made her drop the strap last night, so she's probably on her way out. Nothing's holding her back, not even the on-screen relationship with Edge. They were supposed to get married a few months ago, but they broke up.

    2. They've needed to get the strap off Big Show for the longest time anyway. That's why Kurt Angle left for TNA.

    3. Kane was supposedly retiring at the end of the year. I haven't heard much about that lately, but WWE was wanting to get the Brothers of Destruction together for one last run before they both retired.
