Yup, that sounds like Sandman.

I really wish another small-ish wrestling promotion would step up to the plate, but I just don't see it happening. TNA is lacking, especially as of late, since they don't know how to use their established talent or successfully create their own. And these gimmick matches are getting lame. The company has world class talent, now let 'em wrestle.

 

ROH. It will be interesting to see what kind of buys they get with the PPVs. And it would be sweet ass if RVD did a couple of shows for them at some point.

 

Sandman came to our city once while I was still in college. It's about four hours before the show, we're all standing around waiting to get into the arena. ECW was running a ppv that night. Up walks Sandman and asks, "Where do boys buy yer booze around here?" We point him to a liquor store about a mile walk away. Off he goes.

An hour later, as we're still standing around, and here comes Sandman from his trip. He's got a 24-pack of Bud in one hand and under his other arm is a box full of four bottles of Vodka. Classic. Guy is the Crusher of our day.

While watching Raw tonight, it dawned on me that Vince should lose this new manager of Khali's and hire Sonjay Dutt. The guy can talk great, if you haven't heard him. Really can cut a promo with the best of em right now. They can use him to talk for Khali and also to have some great matches on TV. That way aren't forced to expose the big man too much on free tv.

 

Whatever happened to Daivari?

That segment with Khali was just terrible. The guy is not good on the mic, but at least he wasn't constantly yelling like Daivari always was.

 

If I'm not mistaken, Khali's speaker is also a WWE writer.

 

He should be canned. He sucks.

All I know is I had never seen the guy before tonight...

 

He debuted on Raw last week. Dutt would be a good addition and yeah, he'd certainly do in WWE as long as Khali is in the main event, which hopefully will end when guys get healthier and return.

Raw, tonight, sucked. Lashley in a "gauntlet" match set up? If Vince wanted to punish Lashley, you have him face the guys one after the other, not every other match (until the Umaga/Shane stuff, at least).

I sense an 8-man tag match is coming either on Raw next week or SNME and it might set up a tag title 4-way at One Night Stand with WGTT and Nitro/Dykstra and Hardys and Cade/Murdoch.

What happened Umaga's? Alejandro something-or-other, with the cigars?

 

Armando Alejandro Estraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaada. He got downplayed for reasons unknown. They should let him run with someone else, even if they keep Umaga with the McMahons for now.

 

They should have him turn on Umaga and take over for Khali, and pit Khali-Umaga against each other. Monster vs. Monster. Boy wouldn't that be fun to watch?
