I think that was Ole Anderson's first angle, before he finally settled on the Black Scorpion.

Maybe this is why they sent ECW's Zombie back to Puerto Rico...

    Very creative, though, Batdude.

To "blur reality" it has to first be realistic, which Vince has never been able to pull off. He couldn't make the "Invasion" seem halfway plausible, he has no prayer of doing it with his ill-timed "demise."

Take away Steve Austin, The Rock and Mick Foley from the late 90's WWF and they never catch WCW. Vince got lucky with three guys, made his billion and has been blowing it all since.

If you want to work a "shoot," you have to have some respect for the viewer and the fan. Vince has never showed any interest in showing fans nothing but contempt.

You still have to know what to do with them. Didn't WCW have two of those guys before WWF/E?

I'd also give credit to some of the other guys who brought "Attitude" to wrestling like Val Venis, Golddust, Undertaker, Kane, New Age Outlaws, Chyna, HHH, The Hardyz, The Brood, Shamrock, Sable, Sunny, etc. Although much of the credit should rightfully go to Austin, who almost single-handedly saved the WWF.

I'm surprised they're even bothering with moving Sandman; I figured they'd cut him by now.

It's sort of a shame that they're splitting up the Nitro/Kenny team before they got a chance to meld; they were actually getting on TV. Theoretically both could have singles pushes again, but I'm not holding my breath (maybe Kenny since he's on SD now).

London/Kendrick should at least have entertaining matches with the WGTT and (to a lesser degree) Cade/Murdoch.

Raw's the clear winner, getting the three biggest names that moved (Lashley, Kennedy, Booker) while getting rid of Khali. ECW didn't get many names, but Benoit gives them a good main event guy. Smackdown got hosed.

There were a few more supplemental picks after my earlier post (I didn't know it was still ongoing). Below is the complete supplemental list.

Paul London & Brian Kendrick from Smackdown to Raw
    Kenny Dykstra Raw to Smackdown
    Viscera Raw to ECW
    Sandman ECW to Raw
    Bob Holly ECW to Smackdown
    Miz Smackdown to ECW
    Daivari Smackdown to Raw
Major Brothers from ECW to Smackdown
William Regal from Smackdown to Raw
    Victoria from Raw to Smackdown
    Jillian from Smackdown to Raw
    Eugene from Raw to Smackdown
Johnny Nitro from Raw to ECW

Of them, the person who could benefit most is Johnny Nitro. At least on paper. He's really been on shit street with WWE for a while now; hell, he's a multiple-time Intercontinental champion and multiple-time WWE Tag champion. I'd like to think that he'll get a decent push out the gate, perhaps Benoit or Punk in his first feud. I was hoping for a Four Horsemen-esque stable of Orton, Nitro, Kenny and Carlito with Flair managing, but that's not possible.

Kenny on Smackdown might work out too; he could have a decent feud with Matt Hardy.

Major Brothers are major green, but it's not like they're swimming in tag teams on SD now that London/Kendrick are on Raw. So they'll get their chances.

I can't imagine any of the other names in the draft making an impact for a long time, if ever, though the hardcore fan in me wants to see Regal get pushed again.

    Viscera to ECW?

    That's a hardcore MISTAKE!
