They were playing with fire. WOW! I still can't believe it. I mean we all said it could have happened, but for it to actually happen, jesus.

Man, how I loved Woman and the way she messed with Mean Gene:

Unreal to think the two from that interview who are dead are the women.

  4. I'm absolutely stunned, sad and distressed. Talk about one of the best to ever do it, Chris Benoit was it. I just can't believe it's happened to him this way. I guess we're going to have to wait and see what the coming weeks bring in terms of news. Unbelievably sad.

All I can think of right now is how emotional Benoit was in his "testimonial" when Eddy died.

Heaven just got one helluva main event.

I thought Punk's comments were touching.

I don't even know what to say. This tragedy is probably the cruelest thus far as three people, including a small child, have died.
RIP, Chris Benoit, you will always be a world champion in my book.

Now this match was one helluva match.

I can't wait til they show Benoit winning the title at WrestleMania and then show he and Eddy embracing in the ring.

I can't even get on to PWTorch.com ... traffic must be way too heavy for them.

I would think that will be the last match they show.

Hopefully, they'll show one from his best-of-7 series with Booker T.

I attended my first house show about a week ago. Benoit had a solid match against MVP. Even though he jobbed, Chris got a standing O from the crowd, something I'd never seen before on a WWE non-TV taping. It was a standing ovation, for crying out loud! Benoit was quite taken aback. He looked around and seemed to soak it in longer than normal.

He gave the feeling that, no matter the BS, he still loved the business and the thrills it provided him.

Having said that, there's no point in speculating as to what happened. But as Claws said, this makes it difficult to continue watching, no matter how the deaths occurred.

  12. There's a theory that it was gas poisoning... as in, from an accidental leak.
