Huh? They are playing it as if Kennedy ... Kennedy ... was the one who put Lashley, who has been getting a monster push the past six months, on the shelf after beating him clean.

Not sure where I'm seeing him repeatedly being jobbed.

Problem with Kennedy ... Kennedy ... I'm seeing right now is just a matter of bad timing. He had the money in the bank, got injured then lost it to Edge, who used immediately to win the World Title.

So it appeared Kennedy ... Kennedy ... was going to be on the shelf until Survivor Series ... then out of the blue, he's back in the ring by late June/early July. He had a great program set up for him to return to Smackdown as a face and go after Edge and the title, but instead they put him on Raw in order to get more exposure on the A show.

Looked like Kennedy ... Kennedy ... could've had a program with Lashley develop ... now that'll be on hold for months. I would imagine there will be a Kennedy ... Kennedy-Umaga feud for the IC title soon.

Gutter ... love the Kennedy ... Kennedy .... stuff.
It's like that speech in "Pride of the Yankees." You can't do it without the echo.

Won't happen because he's coming back to a feud with Booker already in place. Now, maybe that can happen right after SummerSlam ...

  5. It makes sense and would be great TV.

So, no, WWE would never do it.

He's going to be cheered no matter what he does. Why fight it?

Kennedy has had some bad timing, I'll give you that. But he shows up and in his first real match he loses to Super Crazy. He comes back to beat him, then jobs a couple times to Hardy. In between, in the tag matches with Cena, Orton and Lashley, he doesn't look like anything special. It almost seemed like they were going for the "Big shot on the little show comes to Raw and struggles angle".

And if I may make another rant.... the "guy fakes an injury then comes back in and throws the last guy out to win the battle royal" gimmick is getting on my nerves too. It seems like every WWE battle royal in the last year has ended this way. Can we get a clean finish for once, please?

    Thank you.

Should we read anything at all into Sandman being the one left standing until Regal? I'm thinking no, but I could be wrong.

He and Regal has a small feud, and I guess they figured they'd wrap it up by having Regal eliminate Sandman before moving on to kayfabe administration.

Apparently Raw ratings went up this week, so McMahon will likely be taking credit for it.

STICK TO WRESTLING!!! This McMahon illegitimate child crap had me thisclose to taking a several week, at least, hiatus from WWE, just as his obviously fake and stupid death angle did before Benoit. I'm going to watch next week, and if it's not any better, I might just take a wrestling vacation for a while.

Regardless of why they did it, the move should pay off. Hopefully the shit will be as funny as it was Monday.
