Orton apparently had already served his suspension for that infraction months ago, when he failed a drug test.

  2. I guess I missed both suspensions. I don't catch Raw every week, but I really don't recall either guy sitting out for a month.

The Kennedy suspension just happened, while the Orton suspension happened last year. He's been suspended a couple of times now, and last year the rumor was he would be cut, but we saw that didn't happen.

Orton was supposed to have the title a long time ago, but he keeps pissing down his leg and getting into trouble.

VKM must really like the guy -- or his dad.

Was Cena really hurt or was this a "suspension" due to steroids?

I don't doubt the injury. Dude wrestled the whole match with one arm and really did look in pain. Somehow, I doubt they planned that into the storyline when he could have simply lost the belt on Sunday.

Oh he's definitely hurt. I rewatched the match from my DVR and you can pinpoint where he got hurt, and never used his right arm again throughout the match ... barely even lifted it from his side. And Kennedy didn't "work" on it and the announcers didn't even mention that Cena might be hurt.

You can see Cena telling Kennedy and the ref about it, and see the ref get the instructions in his earpiece to tell Orton once he made the run-in.

I gained a lot of respect for Cena, finishing the match the way he did. Had to hurt like hell.

That's a ridiculous thought...they'd obviously have him drop the belt at No Mercy rather than fake an injury and involve respected Dr. James Andrews, significantly devaluing the entire year he's held it by not giving Orton the proper rub from finally emerging victorious.

As it's been said before, Cena is actually clean.

Cena has a different build than most of the steroid wrestlers.

Now, I don't know the man one bit, and can only speculate. Also, some bodies "perform" better than others on roids.

Look at Rick Rude. The man had no biceps, but he was chiseled in the chest and abs. Then there's Scott Steiner, who has freakish large biceps and is cut all over.

Part of it is genetics. Part of it, for many wrestlers and bodybuilders, is steroids. It's really unfair to say everyone who has a great look is using, but that is the thought process when the juice is so apparent.

Same as baseball -- everyone who hits 50+ home runs is automatically suspicious. Doesn't mean they all use, it's the nature of the beast.

Personally, looking at Randy Orton, one could make a case for him, as well. But he has been busted. That's the weird thing: Cena looks more "cut" than Orton, but Orton was caught using.

  12. I would really like to believe that he is, but I don't know. People thought I was crazy when I said Brock Lesnar was clean, but he was/is just a physical specimen. He was big in college too and a farm boy who did unorthodox weight training. And the fact he's still pretty big doing MMA and they test for steroids there, he hsa always been legit.

As far as the bodybuilding argument, just about all those guys are roids. There is a very popular bodybuilding magazine (forget the name) that actually advocates the use of steroids. The clean ones who I know are legitimately clean are those that participate in the natural bodybuilding circuit. Those guys are tested for steroids at every show and once or twice during the year. You fail, you're kicked out of the circuit for whatever time it is. Again, I hope Cena isn't one of those guys who juice. I've grown tired of his act, but liked him a bunch when he was coming up.
