Booker as just Booker was great. Loved the character.

But I absolutely hated when they kept the King Booker angle going long after he won the King of the Ring.

Booker, to me, was never someone I ever clamored to see in the ring. Can't explain it, but just never did. And that's not to say he's not a good wrestler because he is definitely above average.

  3. Check out Booker's Web site... http://bookertonline.com/

There, you'll find Booker cutting a hilarious promo hyping his indy fed's next show...

Why's it hilarious? He cuts the promo while tenderly holding a dog.

Was I the only one who enjoyed the King Booker gimmick?

    Booker T was somewhat boring.

How was the King Booker gimmick not boring?

He was an old school heel, an arrogant lowlife cheater. Had some solid feuds with Batista, Mysterio, and Lashley. Plus, he faked a hilarious British accent and sold the whole King thing well.

Wasn't the best character ever, but I'd rather see King Booker than some jabroni doing spinerooni's.

  7. King Booker was hilarious because it was pissing all over those old characters from years past, but still somewhat respectfully.

Also, it was a fucking riot when he would get pissed at Teddy long and revert back to ebonics. Fear the fucking pinky.

I just grew tired of it. The accent was great, but he shouldn't have been "king" for that long.

I liked King Booker's gimmick on SD! but Raw was lame.

Meltzer reporting this on Lex Luger ...

Pro wrestler Lawrence Pfohl (Lex Luger), 49, is currently listed in stable condition in the emergency care unit at Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto, CA, after a major scare in his hotel room in San Francisco.

The hospital wouldn't confirm any more. There have been different reports over the past few hours as to whether Luger suffered a heart attack or a stroke, but the former seems to have the most credence at this point.

Given the shit he put in his body to become The Total Package, this is far from a surprise. A damn shame, since he seems to have cleaned himself up and found the Lord, but far, far from a surprise.

Also, they let Kristal go. From marrying Teddy Long to getting the boot in less than a month. Such is the business.
