I saw Corino win the ECW title in Villa Park. Great four-man match, great PPV.

Caught a little bit of ECW last night, a fine tag match between Jimmy Yang Wang/Shannon Moore vs. John Morrison/The Miz. Looks underwhelming on paper, but turned out to be quite good. Yang Wang is fun to watch and I always enjoy the improving Morrison/Miz team.

I found what Batista said about Khali to a UK newspaper kind of interesting: "I didn’t think he deserved the world championship. I don’t want to say it made me sick to my stomach to see the title in his hands, but it really did make me sick to my stomach."

Note: That was a UK Newspaper.....they are so well known for their journalistic credebility!

Saw the Wang-Moore/Jizz-Morrison match as well and very surprised at how good it was. Maybe there's a rematch down the immediate road.

Batista and Melina? Wow....hats off the Animal.

  5. Well apparently The Sun does somewhat of a good job with wrestling articles. They even have a wrestling section on their website.

There's nothing more funny that Stone Cold having a little fellowship with Vincent.

You'd think he could do better than a cheesy Jim Morrison ripoff's sloppy seconds, but maybe not.

Never saw the appeal in Melina, outside the leg-split entrance. That is not a very pretty face.

Agreed on Melina's face....average at best, but the legs splitting thing scores points.
If I had to rank the top five WWE Divas, I'd go:
    1) Mickie James
    2) Layla
    3) Michelle McCool
    4) Lillian Garcia
    5) Eve Torres

    Let the debate begin.....

    If we're talking all-time:

    1. Stacy Keibler
    2. Miss ELizabeth (RIP)
    3. Mickie James (always liked her)
    4. That Kelly Kelly chick -- she's cute
    5. Tori Wilson is still pretty hot.

What are we basing the rankings on? Looks? Wrestling ability? Both?

Here's my picks. I'll base it on the best looking factor, with bonus points for wrestling ability and personality. (Yes, I'm being sexist here, please play along.)

    Current divas:
    1. Maria (Great looking, plus the sweet, innocent, airhead gimmick is nice. She also does a good job playing the straight person to Santino's nutty heel turn).
    2. Mickie James (Great wrestler, liked the psycho girl gimmick when she was a heel too).
    3. Lillian Garcia (Not a wrestler, but a great singer).
    4. Jillian Hall (For some reason, I like the lousy singer gimmick. It's fun.).
    5. Michelle McCool (They need to find a gimmick with her and stick to it).

    All-time:
    1. Trish Stratus (Looks, personality, and bonus points for working so hard to become a very good wrestler).
    2. Stacy Keibler (Couldn't wrestle, but those legs....)
    3. Lita (Did her best work as a heel)
    4. Sunny (Good to see her back on Raw on Monday)
    5. Velvet McIntyre (My old-school pick. Did a good job playing a very sympathetic babyface).
