I'm thinking Kennedy wins it too. Booker doesn't need the rub, Finlay isn't really a main-event guy, Punk isn't considered big-time worthy yet, the Hardys are in there for big bumps, Edge and Orton will cancel each other out and eventually feud. There's still one more opening, which I assume is going to Johnny Nitro, who I'd actually make the winner because I think he's ready for the next step.

Interesting coincidence: Edge won the MITB at WM21, beat Cena, held the belt for 21 days. RVD won the MITB at WM22, beat Cena, held that belt for 22 days.

So Kennedy wins the MITB match at WM: All Grown Up, takes the belt and holds it ... until he grows up?

I was just making fun of the "All Grown up" tagline.

So why isn't Mr. Kennedy Vince's representative vs. Trump's guy? It's Vince's idea to have the guy as Mr. Kennedy after all.

Not what I've heard. Kennedy came to WWE and was asked to pick a name. To brown-nose, he just so happened to pick Kennedy.

This match was probably Hogan vs. Big Show at one point, and has evolved into this. I'm guessing Kennedy was long slotted for the MITB match.

People were speculating a Hogan/Show match very soon after WM 22. Hogan may be old and sucks now, but I'm still a huge mark for him. And Show, too.

I really wish Hogan and Show could wrestle because I honestly think that would be a much better match than Umaga/Lashley in a hair vs. hair match of all things.

I think they had Van Dam slotted for a pretty good run--through Summerslam--with the WWE and ECW belts, but he and Sabu were busted for possession. When the story became public, Vince really needed to take a stand to show that the Wellness policy was worth the paper it was written on, which, of course, it's not.

Hardys won't win the MITB since neither is seen as a legit heavyweight contender. Punk shouldn't win because he'd just be force fed to Lashley, who is getting the monster push. Orton, I think, gets it.

King: J.R., look at this picture.
    J.R.: I can't multi-task that well.

Flair and Carlito in MITB match ... but Khali breaks it up and there's no announced winner. Keeps the door open for Orton, who I reckon will face Flair and Carlito for the final spot next week and will get a much-needed win (the dude jobs every freakin' week).

Nick Bockwinkel in the WWE Hall of Fame ... when's The Baron getting recognized????!!!!!
