Fuck Orton, give the spot to Nitro. Really they shouldn't have Orton, Edge or Booker in the match at all. Save the spots for guys on the verge of breaking out. MITB effectively crowns the next big thing (not him) for the coming year. Nitro could use the rub more than Orton.

Kennedy wins MITB. Unless Nitro gets in, then I bet it's him.

Edge has had it, so he won't win.
CM Punk is on ECW, and they're not going to send the MITB over there.
Finlay, Matt Hardy aren't popular enough to get it.
Booker's been a champ for much of the past year -- he doesn't need it.
Jeff Hardy, I could potentially see, but I just don't think he's up for a big push.
That leaves Kennedy, and the last entrant. Like I said, I'd pick Kennedy, unless that last entrant is Nitro.

Perhaps having Nitro inserted in the main event slot last night (with the rub from Edge) means Orton will face Nitro in a MITB qualifying match? I know Nitro has already lost a MITB match, but since when has logic stood in the way in WWE?

Meanwhile, it's nice to see they aren't even trying to hide how Jeff Hardy has no chance of winning, turning him into a unmasked whiteboy Rey Mysterio against Umaga. I was figuring the rematch last night was so Lashley could interfere and Hardy could get a tainted win to get the IC belt back, since what the hell is Umaga going to do with it? But no.

Didn't he break his neck during (or after?) the Olympics? So .. that's his excuse. He needed to steroids to return to top condition?

HE HAD A BROKEN FREAKING NECK!

God knows what a thimble in his bloodstream could collect. Hell, by this point his liver's probably producing HGH.

Geez, next you'll tell me Scott Steiner didn't bulk up naturally or that Hulk Hogan's vitamins were really illegal 'roids.
