    Do you mean Ray Lankford, of the Cardinals?

    Saw him a couple of times playing for Modesto Grace Davis. Batted leadoff and on the third or fourth pitch of one game, hit a long homer to right-center, one of those where, when it goes out, you know things won't end well for the home team. Helluva running back too.
