Random Thoughts, the Sequel

I've earned a little more than 20,000 miles on my Capital One card in the last two years. What does that translate to? A $258.71 ticket. Fuck you, Capital one, fuck you very much. Only six more years and I'll be on my way to Europe.

 

Does that mean you don't like what's in your wallet?

 

Not as much as I thought I did.

 

Lyric heard in a random song on Internet radio: "If it wasn't for date rape I'd never get laid." How lovely.

Edit: Wow, I totally left out the key word (rape) that makes this of any significance.

I'm tired, I should go to bed soon, so what am I doing still awake on here?

 

I'm exhausted, but can't sleep. May be the most helpless feeling ever. My body is begging for sleep, but I can't get my eyes to cooperate.

 

I got my 8 hours sleep; only I fell asleep at 5:30 in the p.m.

Like the Boomtown Rats, I'm up all night now. Wide awake.

I saw that the Roswell job is open. Again. Just like death and taxes ...

 

I'm going to give into sleep. Why fight it any longer? I know why. If I do I'll miss all the fun this thread usually turns into from 2-5 a.m. Oh well. I'll miss it again.

 

I never paid attention to the Joe DiMaggio reference midway through. Strange reference for the Boomtown Rats.

 

Nice to see Douglas make a reappearance. That grouchy bear sidesaddle makes me laugh.
