Tom, I'll admit nearly puking the first couple of times I saw that picture, but after I got used to seeing it I really wanted to study it and see if it was fake and realized, obviously it is. It is still one of the sickest photos in the history of the internet.

gola - i once got into a "who can send the sickest link to his buddy contest" with one of my friends back when the internet was still fairly new. i won by sending a pic of a woman taking a dump in some freak's mouth.

Not really. After getting that fucking picture in my e-mail like 20 times in college, you become immune to seeing it. Now, goatse or lemon party, I haven't seen those and don't plan to.
