What would make me happier than that would be a hand-written note outside the stadium saying the playoff soccer game has been cancelled.

 

True, but then I wouldn't get my stringing money and I'd probably have to go home, so I wouldn't get to see the USA vs. Guatemala match tomorrow.

 

I have never understood why if you introduce yourself as one thing, people automatically assume they can call you the shortened, nicknamey version of your name. What gives them the right? If I wanted to be called that, I would have introduced myself as that. If I introduced myself as Fuckstick, that's what I'd expect to be called. Not Fucky or Fuck or Effin'. And people wonder why I hate people sometimes.
