T-bone is a kid who was abandoned by his mother. The other two are homeless girls. They eventually move out.

Ruthie is studying in Switzerland or somewhere in Europe. Simon only signed to be on the show for like five episodes this season.

Matt is on one episode, I think (since this is the replay of the season) and Mary is nowhere, as usual, but has a baby sometime during the season.

Yes. He ends up dating Ruthie. They get tattoos with each other's names on them.

I don't remember how they ended up at the house, but they end up moving out with that blond kid from the last several seasons. He's friends with that kid who lived in the Camden's house the last several seasons. I can't remember names right now. Sorry.

First off, you're not Jesus so I really could care less of what you do.
Secondly, I just feel that it was an unneeded premptive strike. Again, I can only voice my opinion, just like anyone else. I'm more disappointed than I am angry.
