    I just gashed the fuck out of my right heel, took about a 2-inch chunk out of it, and I have no Band-Aids. I'm on my 30th square of toilet paper, putting pressure.

    Uh, if you really did put a deep gash in it, toilet paper isn't going to work. You may want to take a ride to the emergency room or, failing that, grab a needle and thread.
