You don't like free food? Who doesn't like free food? We had free food Sunday to celebrate the last day of the Olympics, and the place was happier than it's been since our last round of layoffs.

 

Why was it happy for the last round of layoffs?

I do my best to keep the freezer well-stocked with ice cream and popsicles.

 

Generally the free food is pretty shitty and then you have to pretend you know the people from advertising, all of whom race from their desks the minute the food is put out and pick it clean like a herd of buffalo grazing on the prairie before the reporters and deskers can save their work on their old, slow shitty computers.

Fuck that.

Put that money to some good use.

 

I like to bake muffins, but I don't really like muffins.

 

It's election night here in Florida. There was free pizza provided by the higher-ups. Key word WAS.

It disappeared faster than a virgin on prom night.
