    Had to go to Hartford with a friend today. Putzed around Main and Asylum for about an hour taking photos.

    This guy was taking a Whopper of a nap inside BK.

    A mix of ground turkey and ground pork, formed into large, very thin patty.
    Seared for 60 seconds or so on both sides, then topped with feta and allowed to melt.
    Toasted wheat bun covered with hickory smoked BBQ sauce on one bun and course ground mustard on the other.
    Serve with 5 or 6 leaves of baby spinach on top.
    Spike happy.
