I have never been in the Grand Canyon - I did one of those little planes over it. Next, I'd like to do the burro ride down.

 

Grand Canyon is a must see. Absolutely stunningly beautiful.

 

Agree 100 percent.

Find a way to get there sometime, KJIM ... although I'm not sure I'd trust those burros. I'd rather hike down, camp overnight and walk back up in the morning (that trip needs to be well-planned in advance, BTW. It's much hotter as you get near the bottom).

As for me, one of these years I need to drive down to AZ and stop by the North Rim.

 

If a person pronounces the word sandwich "sammich", it's like nails on a chalkboard to my ears. That goes for pretty much any babyfied word.

 

I use sammich all the time. Don't know why. It's just a thing I do.

 

Yeah. But those "sammich" people think it sounds cool.
And it was cool. It was cool 20 years ago for about 7 minutes.
