Was never an IPA I particularly gunned for, but I do agree — it's quite agreeable and if someone has one to offer, I'll drink it.

Really have been on a hefe kick recently, but it doesn't seem like a lot of American breweries make them. Womp.

I actually hated that commercial. Then again, I hate children and I hate periods, so I guess it makes sense.

 

Anytime I eat from the jar of mixed nuts at my desk, I can't help but think of the "Peanut Free Zones" in some public places, and how I'm essentially eating raw weapons of mass destruction to those people. Makes me feel like a super villain.

 

Got home from work on Monday, I made something to eat and felt this intense pain in one of my teeth. I live right down the street from a dental clinic, the dentist takes mercy on me and gives me a quick exam.

"Come back tomorrow at 9 am, my root canal guy will be here."

Mind you 9 am is halfway through my shift at work, so I wake up at 3:30 and call out for the day. Around 2 pm, a supervisor from work calls me and asks why I called out. I told her, it was either live with the pain for another three days (root canal guy comes on Tuesday and Friday) or call out. So now I have a letter in my file. Stupid shit.

On the bright side, I have some good painkillers, even though root canals don't hurt that much.
