So far this week I've orchestrated a Rocky Horror-jack of a Grease-jack, and attempted an Ani DiFranco-jack in a thread about goldfish. I'm proud of myself. I'd like to thank my partner in crime, Dooley.

Well, I wasn't in on DiFranco (I get her and Phranc confused), but I do enjoy a good double-reverse thread jack.

 

Didn't Ani DiFranco do the intro song to "My Best Friend's Wedding" with the bride and bride's maids?

 

Have not seen that movie, so not sure.

 

Little Miss Sunshine = great flick.

Ani DiFranco = great music.

3 a.m. and posting = serious insomnia.

 

So some guy basically told me I was too smart for him to date. I hate men.

 

He was probably right.

 

Well, duh.

 

See. If he can tell that, then how am I too smart for him?

I am confused.

 

but would you really want to date someone who is a complete airhead?

plus ... confidence is a turn-on, and this guy obviously doesn't have much of it.

 

What he was too ashamed to say was "you're too smart about sports for me and I don't want to be embarrassed in front of my friends by dating someone who knows more about sports than I do"
