I'll tell you who I have voted for in every single election.

1988 -- Bush II -- It was the first election I was eligible to vote for and I was still a Republican Kool-Aid drinker.

    1992 -- Perot

    1996 -- Harry Browne

    2000 -- Harry Browne

    2004 -- Michael Badnarik

2008-- Bobb Barr does not excite me because he isn't a Libertarian and his ideas are not libertarian. I might still vote for him to try and help the party out but I am leaning right now towards voting for Obama for reasons I could explain easily if you really care that much to know.

I have voted for exactly two Republicans and three Democrats (for various reasons) in the past 16 years in statewide/national elections (like senators and congressmen) and have written in or voted for Libertarian candidates in all the rest.

When it comes to local politicians, where I live there are never any alternative choices (the democrats are either unopposed or on both tickets) so I mostly have to write-in people or whatever.

    Lies from lefty journalists?

    Ever heard of Armstrong Williams:

Smoking gun in the form of a mushroom cloud,

We know where the WMD are,

Iraqi oil will pay for rebuilding,

Bin Laden - wanted dead or alive

    I don't even think that's correct.

My paper's editorials skew heavily conservative. The number of conservative columnists we run outnumbers the liberal ones by a 4-1 count.

Yet we still get people breaking out the "liberal media" catchphrase against us for every perceived slight.

That isn't a very good take.

For instance it starts out like this:
If John McCain doesn't want to be viewed as a grumpy old man, why did he act like a grumpy old man and blow off the reporter that was there when he arrived?
