    They could impeach him for incompetence and few would argue against that.

    So when Pelosi becomes president, would she automatically be favored to run for another term in 2008? And could she run again in 2012 since she wouldn't have been elected this first time?

    Well, if that's the criteria, I've got a pretty long list of officeholders I want to see impeached, too. I guess we better get going.

    You guys are so naive. He knows he isn't impeaching anyone, the point is to get Hillary, Obama, Edwards etc. to either endorse or condemn the idea. Anything they do, other than ignore it will hurt them, so if he gets some traction to the point where they can't ignore it, he wins.

    True. It's much better to refuse to allow those connected to you to testify under oath.
