So fighting terrorism is a local police issue, but you think Bush is Satan because the federal government didn't swoop in and prevent a hurricane from hitting New Orleans or do enough in your mind to help clean it up. An incredibly deranged double standard there.

He definitely thinks Bush is Satan.

It's also Bush's fault that the Saints didn't win yesterday.

Even for you, that's a sad effort.

If you'd like to join the discussion, I suggest you try to make a valid, semi-intelligent point or ask a valid, semi-intelligent question.

Until you can do one of those, you can sit your ass to the side and talk to yourself.

That is discussion on your level.

Dog, you must write a book: One million things Bush is at fault for

    Fenian will order a dozen.

Sorry dog, but I'm not going to dumb down the talk just so that you can understand. When you get to the adult level, you'll understand.

When are we going to get a blueprint for withdrawing and defeating Al Qaeda from the righties?

    waiting

    chirp, chirp.

Not one righty has seen fit to match wits with my suggestion of getting out of Iraq.

    chirp, chirp.

waiting for the right to Bring it on!

they have no plan other than say, we have to confront the Islamo fascists some time? Wouldn't Saudi Arabia be a good place to start?

Where are the lines of neocons ready to grab a gun and fight the Islamo fascists?

    chirp, chirp.

Where to start with such ridiculousness. Lamar, it's your side that has claimed Al-Qaeda has poured into Iraq. Fighting in Iraq is fighting Al-Qaeda.

If you call suggesting that we run away like little girls "wits," enjoy living in your fantasy world.

As to being ready to grab a gun and fight, I asked and was told I'm now too old.

So if my side said Al Qaeda poured into Iraq, then you're suggesting they were there before. Good foundation for your argument into invading a country that every report, even the one commissiond by Dick, said wasn't the case.

No one suggest running and hiding. My plan puts pressure on the Iraqis to take responsibility for their country. Your plan is to stay and have 27 of our bravest come home in coffins with no end in sight.

YOu really want to say you support Shinseki's plan to send in 300,000 troops but you know we're 4 years too late to do the right thing. We unleashed terrorism in Iraq, opened up the UN secured arsenal then left the 200,000 tons of explosives unguarded. AND you have the audacity to challenge me?

People like me were begging for diplomacy in 2003, even finishing the job in Afghanistan and ending our supply on foreign oil. Your side smeared the likes of Max Cleland.

    Where's Osama?

    chirp, chirp.

Where's your plan to get us out?

There's no way you're too old. They've sent 68-year old grandmothers over there.

But Lamar, liberals don't have a plan. It's the approved script.

Doesn't matter that a simple Google search will help you find John Murtha's plan for Iraq. Or John Kerry's. Or Joe Biden's. Or Dennis Kucinich's. Or the "Real Security For America" plan published last year by, oh, the entire Democratic House and Senate delegation.

It's much easier for the rapid-response right-wingers to shout generalities and toss around perjorative terms, current facts and history be damned. Man, that's easy living. I'd be lying if I said there wasn't a part of me that wishes I could sign up.

Oh, and you and I both know why this administration isn't even going to cough in Saudi Arabia's direction anytime soon. (You do know that 15 of the 19 hijackers on 9/11 were Saudis, right? Of course you do.)

Don't forget the $9 billion in reconstruction money and thousands of weapons -- inexplicably shipped without serial numbers, making them impossible to track, and now in the hands of God knows who -- that have gone missing. But the first thing we did after crossing the border was secure the oil fields, so at least we had our priorities straight.

Yes, Lamar, as a result of this smashing record of success, we're supposed to sit there quietly while the rapid-response right-wingers lecture us on how to properly fight a war.

You know, Japan hasn't dared to fuck with the world since that shameful incident in 1945.

These people desire martyrdom, don't they?

No, just 3,000 Americans on 9-11. One of them could have been me. One could have been you.
If Maryland isn't good enough for you, dazzle me with the prestigious instituion of higher learning from which you matriculated. All you're good for is insulting people who dare to disagree with you, without backing anything up with any kind of substantial argument. JR: "I'm right...you're wrong....I'm smart...you're dumb...you suck.."
End of argument. Takes a lot of brains to argue like an 8-year-old during recess.
