Yet twice as long as a show about a COMMUNITY college. :D

Perfect endpoints for 30 Rock and Community, both of which are good shows that are just plain running out of material.

Parks and Rec still had a lot of legs left in it, I think.

Community has been picked up for 13 more episodes according to a tweet from Joel McHale.

I've been told there are community colleges that offer four-year degree programs, just not where I'm from.

Thursdays have been too crowded for me anyway. I refuse to miss Big Bang, and I won't miss 9-11 on ABC now.

Agreed. Stopped watching both at about midseason last year. Both have their moments, but not must-see for me, so I gave up. Still enjoy Parks and Rec when I get a chance to see it.

Love the show too, but it probably jumped the shark in the season finale.

Hopefully it doesn't follow the leads of all of the other shows that started to suck ass as soon as the two leads hooked up.

  10. I can see 30 Rock ending, which has had a great run. The live McCartney show two weeks ago was one of the best eps in a long time. Community we knew was on borrowed time, although I never miss it. (Hey, Chevy Chase, your character could have been eliminated long ago, with no loss.) But Parks & Rec was on top of its game, and Leslie Knope winning the election would seem to open up a good new storyline. Once again, NBC just can't figure it out.

Parks and Rec got a 13 episode order today, and Sepinwall says it has the chance to get the back nine, so all these reports it was DONE turned out to be, in the end, false.

EDIT: Apparently, it's already been bumped to a 22-episode order. So hooray.

According to IGN, NBC renewed The Office, Parks and Rec, and Up All Night.
