Try the veal. Or the arsenic. Tony will be here all week, unfortunately.

Let's say your wildest wet dream came true and that she was charged with some criminal offense for using her personal email server to store classified information.

Do you really think a 70-year-old woman with no criminal record and a long history of public service is spending a red second in "prison" for an offense that had absolutely zero consequences?

Nope. There's a major difference between incumbent senators running for re-election and a president who is not.

Better chance of that than the White House.

If you're fucking with everyone, I tip my hat.

If you believe this shit, you're a sad, sad case.

Miers was definitely withdrawn because conservatives -- including talk radio hosts -- went ballistic, worried that she wasn't a conservative.

But, the Dems voted down Bork, which got us the wishy washy Kennedy. It also resulted in Bush 41 going with a stealth nominee in Souter.

Dems have never bothered to nominate someone who wasn't a clear liberal, whose views were known.

The whole idea that Obama would nominate a "moderate" or a "consensus pick" is ludicrous. That's never been the way Obama has operated, or any Dem nominating a Supreme Court Justice has operated.

I think he'll almost have to, won't he? He doesn't have the Senate. It'll be a Breyer type.

The wingnuts have been flogging their collective cocks for 25 years over the idea of nailing a Clinton (any Clinton) on something (anything). They think this is the year they finally get to bust their nut.

I certainly hope they brought a box of Kleenex.

Some might call it a waste of time, but look at it this way: they all have terrifically developed wrists.

I would not expect a Democrat to nominate a moderate or conservative justice, just as I would not expect a Republican to nominate a moderate or liberal justice.

    Sometimes moderates just happen.

I'm not predicting an indictment, conviction, or imprisonment.

    But...

We don't know that there were no consequences to her actions. Sidney Bluementhal's emails were hacked. It's quite likely that the foreign governments hacked into Hillary's email. They could have been reading them in real time, complete with all the classified info she trafficked in.

Petraeus avoided jail, but he took a plea deal to do so. Folks have been sent to jail for what Hillary is accused of.
