    Good luck finding that. I can't find his position on abortion anywhere. But, I did find this, from when his name came up as a possibility in 2010:

    Potential Supreme Court pick Garland could find foes on left

    Gotta say, I'm a little bothered by his support for President Bush's Gitmo policy. Right or left notwithstanding, Obama is right to try and close it.
