    This sucks. I was just talking about The Original Kings of Comedy with someone at work yesterday.

    I thought the initial reports last week indicated he was getting better. Hard to believe a man so vibrant and in his prime could be gone. He will be missed. I am glad that after grinding for so many years in clubs he was able to break through with the Original Kings. A great loss.

    Docs are saying it had nothing to do w/ his sarcoidosis.

    He was great in Friday. He spoke in his own voice and made it. Proves people gravitate to genuine funny.

    The networks insult us with reality TV but if they actually went for talent there isn't a scarcity in comedy clubs.

    Loved Carlin but his death was not a shock - bad ticker for 30 years and his age.

    Hedberg on the other hand was taken decades too early.
