I remember a caller to Howard Stern -- there's an obit in the making -- when Wilt died:

"Big deal, a tall guy was good at putting a rubber ball through a metal ring."

Obviously his first statement was just a rough draft

Perhaps she hasn't said "Los Angeles Lakers" on the air ever, but that's a tough stumble to defend when a black guy is on the screen. And he's not wearing knickers.

Oh, she's probably going to lose her job over this.

15 pages and no one's asked if he's A1 unless Phil Collins dies?

And on a serious note, I think Wolf Blitzer is gonna lose it during this broadcast.

If you intend to say Los Angles Lakers and say what she said, how in the world do you make that slip of the tongue?
It would be hard to say even if you meant to say it.
If you were trying to say New York Knicks and let it slip, you might be able to play it off as a stutter.
Otherwise, WTF, and I say that as someone who isn't politically correct or hasn't ever heard certain words.

    Of course they did.

The Grammy’s are the largest collection of narcissists in America since The Donald dined alone.

. They are each in competition with each other to attempt to make themselves Kobe’s best friend, their greatest mutual influence and most affected by his death.

The Grammys is the annual reaffirmation that I don't listen to new music. About the only people I recognize are Ozzy, Tanya Tucker and Billy Ray Cyrus.
