So he didn’t have drugs in his system when he died, but the side effects of ketamine therapy caused his death?

Ketamine is also used to treat depression through a nasal spray administered by a medical professional. Brand name Spravato.

The person I know who has weekly clinic visits for Spravato has been going for around 4 years now and it's been the most effective drug out of the 20 plus they've been prescribed over the years.

It kind of bugs me when someone rich or famous dies of an OD or whatever and the cops go "all in" on finding their dealers. But then, I guess these dealers were probably also responsible for other ODs from people who weren't rich or famous.

Even with my mediocre job, being a PA to Matthew Perry sounds like a pretty awful gig.

Unless you're a drug addict. If you're an addict the perks would be AMAZING.
