    Some doctors who run pill mills definitely are. Others use opioids as a crutch a prescribe them more than they should. Big pharma definitely is making money knowing how dangerous they are at sometimes skewering studies to make them appear safer.

    If you were a doctor, how would you feel about prescribing them to a patient knowing the risk of addiction might be 20 or 30 percent?

    It's hard to respond to this because there are too many examples to post.

    But the good news is that the drugs are expensive and many states regulate their usage, so many people turn to heroin instead.

    For the people who can't afford oxy after they are cut off its a real short walk to heroin.

    The rich can always get their pills

    No need for the class warfare. Wasn't Phillip Seymour Hoffman considered rich? He chose heroin over pills, or in addition to pills.

    What do you think happens when they can't afford the "clean" heroin.?

    I'm sure you are aware of the most recent heroin epidemic.

    I think taking enough of the clean heroin has the same effect as a little of the dirty heroin.
