    I actually liked Phil Collins back in the day - a lot of what you mentioned, plus the instrumental song with the meaningless name (Tan-something?). But he completely lost me with "Something Happened on the Way to Heaven" - one of the worst songs by singer I generally liked ever (right along side Sting's awful "If I Ever Lose My Faith in You).
