    Bought a new car today and I watched about 20 minutes of it while they were doing paperwork or something. Caught the end and thought the preacher was very good. Just watched Costner online. Wow. He nailed it.

    Going to try to catch some of the rest later.

    I just thought of something: Dylan was probably the voice of the adults in the Peanuts cartoons on TV

    I would say that they would be that way more for Springsteen and some other full-blown lefties. Dylan has been very slippery about his politics for a long time, pretty much leaving the protest game entirely by the late '60s. He also, remember, made a series of Christian-tinged albums in the '70s and '80s.
