Let’s be honest though, what percentage of abortions being performed are on women with money?

I have no idea, but if you are pregnant in Texas and the only way to get the procedure done is to travel to another state, that single initial barrier screens out a lot of low income families. If you throw in added obstacles like laws that say you have to meet with the clinic staff three times first or other such tactics, the barrier grows higher.

The odds are that women with money have better access to medical care in general, better access to birth control, and in general are more able to do what they want than the poors. The fifteen year old daughter of Muffy and Chad who goes to elite private school will have more and better options than the fifteen year old daughter of a single mother who works at a dry cleaners.

I'm sure Collins would like Hanlon's Razor applied to her--never attribute to malice what can be ascribed to incompetence or stupidity. But she knew this would happen all along.

You’re going to see a lot of GOPers enjoying their victory lap this week, and they’ll spout the usual rhetoric about saving babies and how life is sacred from the moment of conception.

Then they’ll go back to work punishing single moms for not being married, dismantling public schools and locking up as many teenage (and younger) poor children in jail as they possibly can.

Life is sacred … until you’re born.

She’s leading them around by the nose and they’re too stupid to realize it.

The 'treasonous insurrection' and 'mob rule' parallels being drawn by halfwit ideologues and party hack deflectionists regarding the leak are 200-proof lunacy.
