Even if you can find an OB/GYN who is willing to risk arrest by doing the procedure, can you find an anesthesiologist and enough scrub nurses who are also willing fast enough that you don't lose the patient? Or take it a step further back - can you find a hospital that will allow you to use their OR to perform the procedure?

 

Because that was the way that the R's could jigger the law to deliver the desired result.
