Roethlisberger in motorcycle accident?

Critical injuries can often be any kind of injuries, from compound fractures to open wounds.

 

KDKA said he was conscious, got up, but then collapsed.

 

ESPN.com's John Clayton reports that Roethlisberger was conscious while undergoing treatment for gashes on his forehead -- and that early indications are the injuries are not life-threatening.

So what are these "early indications"? The stuff Clayton was reading on the internet? Wonder how long they leave that up.
