Is Sinatra even on that list?

The RS editor is even on record as wanting to craft a list that resonates with younger audiences. It's certainly more of an egalitarian survey of music. A playlist.

Having a serious, objective discussion about ranking/rating art is pretty close to impossible now. Again - for the moment, movies are a bit of a hold out, as there is an almost universal agreement and understanding that, yes, There Will Be Blood and Moonlight and The White Ribbon and Get Out, while all about different things, are excellent, enduring pieces of art and will remain so. There are few "aw, fuck it, I like it!" quirks on a compiled best movie list.
