When I think "Apple" I definitely think "overtaxed."

The only polls that matter to me are the ones that show how the electoral votes will play out. And those only matter after the conventions.

Based on how the lefties have avoided this post I'm wondering if it's radioactive.

Those thinking absolute liberalism encourages anything more than greed are just as delusional as those who think the state can cure all ills. The mindset needs to change fom big government, while at the same time, acknowledging a community plays a large role in an individual's success, no matter how much someone states they did all the work themselves.

Top Mitt Romney adviser Eric Fehrnstrom vowed that President Obama's auto bailout was the GOP presidential hopeful's idea.

"The only economic success that President Obama has had is because he followed Mitt Romney's advice," Fehrnstrom added.

Obama really ought to just let Romney debate himself.

Cheney's primary interests have always been endless war and I've got mine.

The unending self-serving nature of his life positions have never ceased to amaze.

Son of Nixon, he's always one of the enduring devils of the past forty-plus years -- on sheer merit.

Hope he and the Wrestler from New Trier and Princeton are very happy, together.

Yes. Other than the many posts across several pages addressing exactly that, no one said a thing.

Hil Rosen due up on David Gregory, this morning . . . put on your helmets and be ready to cringe.

    . . . but . . . boy, if this morning's output is the best Ed Gillespie's got for this fall, he's got 2-7, offsuit . . .

Here's the thing that really bugged me about the board's reaction to that quote: I wouldn't have been at all surprised to hear President Obama say EXACTLY THE SAME THING. Why? Because it's absolutely nothing ... nothing! Now I could also hear what Starman refers to as the Right Wing Shriek Machine going off on that statement had the President uttered it. And that (the reaction, not Starman's calling the RWSM on it) would bug the piss out of me too. Look, you wanna not like Romney? Fine, have at it. But don't go pretending you've approached him with an open mind but, "See, this right here proves what I am talking about."
