He did a great job on the "Oh, the village is missing an idiot" in his book on Beck.

Not at all. Dana Milbank's the aspiring David Broder of a new generation. The Village must be protected above all costs.

Ideology really doesn't enter into it.

    Sam Zell's given $70K to a Romney SuperPAC . . .

Yeah, that's the foxhole I want to be in . . . sure. You betcha.

The man is a job creator. Why, my wife used to be able to see, from her office, Zell sitting outside on his office outdoor deck, getting his hair cut. That's right -- a man with no hair hired a barber! Don't tell me that guy didn't feel the trickle-down!

Not sure if you really don't get it or if you're just being flip. What I want doesn't matter much. I'm not a huge fan of big money in politics. Doesn't change the fact that McCain-Feingold was pretty clearly unconstitutional.

Oh, I get it. But let's be very clear: Just like Obamacare, the opposition wasn't driven by its passion for consistent constitutional interpretation. It was policy-driven, 100 percent. But this is what you get: The never-ending campaign. Have to now, to keep up with the Jonses.

Openly gay spokesman for Romney's foreign policy message quits, because Republicans not on the Romney campaign didn't like him being gay, according to right-wing Washington Post blog.

Holy shit, what fucking year is this?

The year when old conservative mossbacks like Orrin Hatch and Richard Lugar are considered too liberal for the Tea Party crowd.
