Reports said they were running them in 9 contested states: Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Nevada, New Hampshire, Iowa, North Carolina, Florida and Colorado. Is New Hampshire served by the Boston TV market?

  2. That would make sense. NH is served by CSNNE.

  3. Hah hah - that is so funny. Do you support the inmate or the President? I'm sorry - I won't answer that question.

What's the issue here? Something local to West Virginia I'm unaware of?

  5. Meanwhile in WI - Gov Walker got more votes than the two Democratic challengers combined.

I guess we can put WI and WV on the Romney scoreboard.

Mitt has wonderful hair. Hair you can trust!

The odd campaign appearance with Michelle Bachmann in Pennsylvania. Santorum's midnight e-mail, with his endorsement appearing in the 13th graf. Claiming credit for the auto industry bailout that he wrote editorials against and is on video blasting. Not following McCain's lead in defending Obama against a loon at a campaign appearance. Insulting a former President, who is beloved by two generations for his post-White House charity work. Firing a homosexual staff member at the demand of a far-right organizer, but not (yet at least) firing the key aid who told an immigration organization that he hadn't yet decided what he thinks about immigration. And tonight, claiming that President Obama "takes marching orders from union bosses."

Romney's either not ready for prime time after spending 7 years campaign for it...or he, and his campaign, are just simply failures already.

Well, this is more humiliating than the previous begging for $3.00 donations:

Win a shout-out from the President for your mom

By Rufus Gifford, National Finance Director on May 7, 2012

Whether or not your mom’s on Twitter, here’s something guaranteed to make her smile on Sunday: getting a personal shout-out from President Obama.

From now until Thursday at midnight, you have a chance to win that for your mom or a special mother in your life — just get five or more donations to your grassroots fundraising page to automatically put yourself in the running. (If you don’t have a page, you can set one up here.)

That’s right: If your name is drawn, the President will send your mom a special Mother’s Day tweet from @BarackObama. With more than 15 million people following him on Twitter, she’ll be honored in front of a pretty wide audience.

Even if your mom doesn’t have an account, she’ll still be getting a personal note from the President of the United States, thanking her for doing all the hard work that goes into being a mother.

I know my mom, Anne, would be thrilled — and it might even inspire her to give the whole Twitter thing a try.

So give it a shot. Tell everyone you know to pitch in and help get your name in the hat.

All you need are five donations by Thursday at midnight to be automatically entered, and it could be your mom who has an extra-special Mother’s Day this year.

Yes, New Hampshire is in the Boston TV market. The state itself has two stations, but most people in the state live in the southern part, near us. I personally feel TV commercials in May for an election in November are a waste of money, but obviously professionals of both parties disagree with me.

Mitt takes credit for saving the U.S Auto industry:

“ My own view, by the way, was that the auto companies needed to go through bankruptcy before government help. And frankly, that’s finally what the president did. He finally took them through bankruptcy. That was the right course I argued for from the very beginning. It was the UAW and the president that delayed the idea of bankruptcy. I pushed the idea of a managed bankruptcy and finally when that was done, and help was given, the companies got back on their feet. So I’ll take a lot of credit for the fact that this industry’s come back.”

That's one hell of a shake of his etch a sketch.

"If General Motors, Ford and Chrysler get the bailout that their chief executives asked for yesterday, you can kiss the American automotive industry goodbye."

    -- Mitt Romney, 2008

"Bailout of enterprises that are in trouble, that's not the way to go. I know President Bush started it with the auto industry. I thought it was a mistake."

    -- Mitt Romney, 2009

"I pushed the idea of a managed bankruptcy, and finally when that was done, and help was given, the companies got back on their feet. So, I'll take a lot of credit for the fact that this industry has come back."

I don't know what this is a reference to, but if he insulted Carter his stock goes way up with me.
